Well, The Flash Presentation briefly shows how does Singapore act against threats, and here, we are going to further enhance the procedures.

The countries often recruit their citizens to work as soldiers, like Singapore's National Security. They also have rebates for citizens, so as to prevent possible riots. As for terrorism, countries are trying repeatedly to sign peace treaties, and try to resolve the problem amicably so as to prevent bloodshed.

Since the 911 incident, the US, along with the rest of the world, saw how National Security is important and crucial.
